Large gilt mirror and a painted canvas

Two pieces from the same room: a large mirror in a gilt frame, and a painted canvas of a coastal village with bougainvillea. The mirror is heavy and the glass is clear, no blind spots. One corner of the frame has a small chip. The painting is done by hand and signed. Together or separately, whichever suits. Torrox.
