SOLUMARKET

Terms

In short: SoluMarket is a noticeboard. We bring buyers and sellers together and that is all. What you agree after that is between you.

Who is responsible for what

Solucorda SL runs the site. We are not a party to what you buy or sell, we own none of what is listed, we deliver nothing and we hold no money.

The seller answers for what they offer: that it is theirs to sell, that the description is true and that the law is kept. Selling in the course of a business brings the trader's obligations with it, including the buyer's right of return.

Your account

One account per person, with a real email address, and you are eighteen or older. Your password is yours to keep.

Business sellers fill in their company name and NIF or CIF. It is shown on their ads, because a buyer is entitled to know whether they are buying from a person or from a company.

What you may not offer

Nothing unlawful: weapons, drugs, stolen or counterfeit goods, protected animals, medicines, other people's personal details.

No ads meant to defraud, and no asking for payment up front through a link, a courier or a payment request outside of meeting in person. That is the commonest trick on every marketplace there is.

One ad per thing. The same sofa posted ten times to stay at the top comes down.

Meet people is for company: a walking companion, a tennis partner, somebody to practise Spanish with. You are eighteen or older, and erotica, dating and paid services have no place there — those ads come down.

Bidding

An offer is a serious proposal. The highest open offer is shown on the ad; who made it is not.

If the seller accepts, you have an understanding to come to a sale and the other offers are declined. Payment and handover are between you — we stay out of it.

An offer lapses after seven days, and as soon as the ad goes offline.

When it goes wrong

We may take an ad down or suspend an account when something is listed that may not be, or when there are signs of fraud. Where there is doubt, we ask first.

The site comes with no promise that it is always up. We are liable only for damage caused by our own intent or gross negligence. Your rights as a consumer are untouched.

Which law

Spanish law. As a consumer you may also go to the court where you live; otherwise the courts of Málaga have jurisdiction.

A dispute can also be put to the European online dispute resolution platform.
