Smoker with thermometer in the door

Several racks, door seals tight — and with a smoker that is the only thing that truly matters. Nicely seasoned inside. Frame solid, no rust through anywhere. A piece of meat that has been in there eight hours comes out better than from any oven. I shall miss it, but we are moving to a flat with no terrace.
