Cognac leather armchair — the one everybody sits in

Wide, deep, arms broad enough for a coffee. The leather has gone soft and the seat has creased; that is what real leather does and it only improves. If you want crisp and new, this is not the one. We are downsizing and there is simply no room any more. It fits in the back of a van. There is room to talk about the price.
